"Dear Randhawa Team, I purchased a new XUV 700 AX5 Petrol variant from your Dombivali showroom on July 14th, 2024. While the initial service was good until I made the down payment, I'm disappointed to say that the after-sales service has been lacking. Specifically, Salesperson Mrs. Rani Jadhav was attentive until the delivery but became unresponsive when I raised concerns about my new car. I've experienced the following issues: 1.
